Added XP-style balloons:
Minimize to system tray and when you have eBay auction opened in your browser (supports MSIE, Firefox, Opera and others) then right click on sniper icon in system tray and you can add your current auction. No more Copy&Paste!
While adding you can click on the balloon to open Snipe window quickly!

I personally like it more than BayGenie, but that could be just me. That's why you can try it and decide yourself.
