Naruto The Ocean Cut [Re-encode]

I took the torrent from nyaa.si and made the following changes to it:

- Re-encoded the files to a small size using CRF.
- All videos have mp4 file format (A lot were m4v)
- Removed -1, _1, at the end of some filenames.
- Seasons start from 1 instead of 0
- Renamed the files using 'SXXEXX' instead of 'Episode XX'
- Episodes have embedded Titles and thumbnails for Jellyfin/Emby/Plex
- Added nfo files and poster images for Jellyfin/Emby/Plex
