I've done most of the work, this is all you have to do:

Place the Quake folder anywhere you like.

Quake:
======
Create a shortcut to Quakespasm and put it wherever, launch and play.

Scourge of Armagon:
===================
Create a shortcut to Quakespasm and put it wherever, right click it, click properties then paste this:

C:\Quake\quakespasm.exe -hipnotic (Change that to match your drive and path),
launch and play.

Dissolution Of Eternity:
========================
Create a shortcut to Quakespasm and put it wherever, right click it, click properties then paste this:

C:\Quake\quakespasm.exe -rogue (Change that to match your drive and path),
launch and play.  

NOTES: You can also use Quakespasm-sdl12, I didn't notice any difference
from Quakespasm.

If you want music just drop an OGG or MP3 file in the music folder, for the
missions packs you might have to create a music folder in the HIPNOTIC and
ROGUE folders and drop OGG or MP3 file in there, I haven't tried it, give
it a go if you wish, see what happens
